The Ultimate Broadcast Quality Underwater Lighting System
|
|
|
- Each XenophotTM lamp gives massive 13,000 lm from one 300W head (~43 lm/W) for an hour of continous burn time. This brightness and efficiency is comparable or even better to HID lamps, however Pro-X lamps give substantially better light quality (CRI = 100% even compared to the best quality HIDs (such as HMI) which rate about 80%-90%).
- Specially developed reflector coating provides very even beam with no hotspots.

|
- Warm Colour Temperature of about ~3,500°K compensates for missing low frequency ambient light underwater. This results in high contrast, rich and vivid colours. Low colour temperature (warm light) is more suitable for shooting underwater and complements the ambient light. The images above were taken with high definition camera and were not colour corrected in any way.

- Titanium alloy body and high quality cable glands exceed even millitary apecifications in terms of reliability and strength.
- Titanium light heads are very small, ultra-light, extremely strong and corrosion resistant. They will last a true lifetime - a good investment compared to most commercially available creations.

- Optical glass tubes allow maximum light power output underwater. These can be used even with 1000W lamps.

- Battery containers are made of anodised aluminium alloy and are protected with neoprene covers.
- Battery containers use six 50Wh (13.2V, 3.8Ah) new generation NP-1 Ni-MH batteries for large current discharge and quick recharge (1.5h).

- Each battery has a built in computer with an independent LED gauge. The battery pack provides combined 300Wh (300W of power for one hour continous usage). The battery packs are designed for use in professional or applications demanding extreme reliability and durability.
- Simultaneous 4-channel, multi chemistry (Li-Io, NiMH and NiCD) charger. It features Multi voltage (~110V up to ~220V) for world-wide operation. Light weight (multi-switching technology), 12V camera power supply (XLR 4-pin connector) up to 50W.
